Who we are

What we collect

If you use our trade enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, business name, email address, business type and anything you write in your message. If you sign up to hear about new batches, we receive your email address. This website has no shop, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage your orders. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry) or the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

If you sign up for updates, we use your email address only to tell you about new batches and where to buy them. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Enquiry form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc., which forwards them to us by email. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to an account are deleted after 12 months. Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Customer records are kept for as long as we trade with you and then for the period the law requires for business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
