Winslow Cave-Aged Alpine
A very popular hard cheese, reminiscent of Alpine classics. A mild, grassy flavout, with a firm texture that’s exhibits smaller "eyes" than found in many other types of mountain cheese. Despite being hard, Winslow Alpine has excellent melting properties, making it a popular choice in dishes like fondue and croque monsieur.
